What we collect
When you contact us, book a trip, or subscribe to the newsletter, we collect your name, email, phone, travel dates and any preferences you tell us about. We do not collect payment card details on this website — payments are handled by our bank or by Wise.
How we use it
To answer your enquiry, build your itinerary, deliver the trip, and (if you opt in) send seasonal travel notes. That is it. We never sell your information.
Cookies & analytics
We use a single privacy-respecting analytics cookie to count visits. Embedded Google Maps may set additional cookies — we ask for consent first.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete your data at any time. Email shalankatravels@gmail.com and we will respond within 14 days.
Retention
Booking enquiries: 24 months. Completed trips: 7 years (Sri Lankan tax law). Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
