The rules of the road for booking and travelling with us.

Booking & payment
A 30% non-refundable deposit confirms your booking. The balance is due 14 days before arrival. Prices are in EUR. We accept bank transfer, Wise, and credit card (3% fee).
Cancellation
Free cancellation more than 30 days before arrival (full refund minus deposit). 14–30 days: 50% refund. Less than 14 days: no refund, but we will reschedule once for free within 12 months.
Driver & vehicle
The 4×4 camper is operated by our licensed driver. Self-drive is possible by prior arrangement only, requires an International Driving Permit, and includes a security deposit of €500 refundable on return.
Insurance
The camper is fully insured for third-party and collision damage. Travellers must carry their own travel and medical insurance.
Conduct
The camper is your home for the trip — please treat it kindly. Smoking is not permitted inside. Pets only by prior arrangement.
Force majeure
If a trip cannot run due to weather, civil unrest, or other events outside our control, we will reschedule at no charge or refund payments not yet committed to suppliers.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the booking. We are not liable for personal injury, illness, or loss of property except where caused by our negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Sri Lankan law. Disputes will be settled by arbitration in Colombo.
